Jussi Jokinen, Dave Bolland, Shawn Thornton, Al Montoya agree to terms with Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers agreed to terms with centers Dave Bolland and Jussi Jokinen, plus goaltender Al Montoya shortly after hockey's free agent period started Tuesday.
